1. In short

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days and is covered by a 30-day guarantee. Art prints are made to order, numbered and certified, and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. Every order is covered by our guarantee that your product arrives intact: if it arrives damaged or we ship the wrong item, we resolve it free of charge.

2. Returning merchandise (14 days)

Merchandise (caps, tote bags, t-shirts and comparable standard items) is covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Report your return within 14 days of receipt by email to info@insanecreators.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. On top of that, we provide a 30-day guarantee against material and manufacturing defects.

3. Art prints (excluded from returns)

Art prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code. Each print is produced specially for you to order (print-on-demand), in the chosen size, material and frame, and is given an exclusive, unique edition number with a certificate of authenticity. They are therefore goods made to your specifications and personalised, which cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started. Please check your choice carefully before ordering.

4. Guarantee: damaged or wrong delivery

You are always entitled to a sound product. If your order arrives damaged, or we delivered the wrong item, we will provide a free reprint and reshipment or, if that is not possible, a full refund. Report this within 14 days of receipt, with clear photos of the item and the packaging, to info@insanecreators.com.

5. How to send a return

Wait for our return confirmation, which states the correct return address. Send returnable items via a trackable and preferably insured method. The cost of a voluntary return (merchandise) is at your expense; for a damaged or wrongly delivered item we cover the return costs.

6. Refunds

Once we have correctly received and checked your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days, including the original standard shipping costs, via the same payment method used for purchase.
