Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and services from Insane Creators. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All artworks are limited editions of maximum 350 prints. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity. Once all 350 prints are sold, the artwork is permanently taken out of production. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, but ongoing orders will not be affected.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through our webshop and paid via Stripe. We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, SEPA and other payment methods. Your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location — we ship worldwide. Prints are handmade and framed. All shipments are insured. In case of damage during transport, we cover the costs of replacement.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged and in its original packaging. Contact us for the return procedure. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, photographs and content on this platform are the property of Insane Creators or the respective artists. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

7. Liability

Insane Creators is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the order amount. In case of production defects, we offer a free replacement.

For questions or complaints, please contact us at info@insanecreators.com. Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
