When placing an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. When creating an artist account, we also store your profile photo, bio and portfolio.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used for processing orders, shipping your purchase, customer service and, if you opt in, newsletters. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card or bank details. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Cookies

We use functional cookies for the operation of the webshop (shopping cart, language settings). Analytical cookies are only used with your consent.

5. Data retention

Order data is retained as long as required by law (7 years for financial records). Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
