Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and services from Insane Creators. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All artworks are limited editions of maximum 30 prints. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity. Once all 30 prints are sold, the artwork is permanently taken out of production. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, but ongoing orders will not be affected.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through our webshop and paid via Stripe. We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, SEPA and other payment methods. Your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location — we ship worldwide. Prints are handmade and framed. All shipments are insured. In case of damage during transport, we cover the costs of replacement.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns & guarantee

Merchandise (such as caps, tote bags, t-shirts and comparable standard items): the statutory right of withdrawal applies. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Notify us by email at info@insanecreators.com; you then have 14 days to return the item unused and in its original condition. In addition, we provide a 30-day guarantee on merchandise against material and manufacturing defects. Art prints are EXCLUDED from the right of withdrawal (article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code). Each print is produced to order (print-on-demand), made to your chosen size, material and frame, and given an exclusive, unique edition number with a matching certificate of authenticity. They are therefore goods made to your specifications and clearly personalised, which cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started. Guarantee that it arrives intact: this does not affect your statutory right to a sound product. If a print arrives damaged or defective, or we deliver the wrong item, we will provide a free reprint and reshipment or, if that is not possible, a full refund. Report damage within 14 days of receipt, with clear photos, to info@insanecreators.com. Personalised or custom merchandise (for example with your own text, photo or design) and special sizes, materials or frames outside the regular product menu are likewise excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, photographs and content on this platform are the property of Insane Creators or the respective artists. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

7. Liability

Insane Creators is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the order amount. In case of production defects, we offer a free replacement.

8. Contact & Disputes

For questions or complaints, please contact us at info@insanecreators.com. Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.

9. Reviews

Only customers who actually bought the item can leave a review. After delivery we email a personal, single-use link tied to that specific order line; there is no open review form, so nobody who did not order the product can post one. Every review is stored with the order it belongs to, which is what the "Verified buyer" mark is based on. We publish every review we receive, including the critical ones. A negative but decent review stays up. We never rewrite or shorten what someone wrote. We only remove a review if it breaks the rules: abuse or threats, discrimination, or text that is not about the product. We never write reviews about our own products ourselves, and we do not pay for reviews or hand out products in exchange for one. Should that ever change, such a review will say so. Only the customer who wrote a review can change or withdraw it, using the same link from their email. Withdrawing deletes the review and any photo for good. A change puts the review back in the queue for a check before it reappears. The score is the average of all published reviews for that product, where customers give one to five stars, rounded to one decimal. Reviews appear with the highest ratings first by default; the sort button lets you view them by newest, highest or lowest rating instead. Photos are resized and stripped of their location data before they are published.
