1. Overview
We offer two kinds of products, each with its own return policy: limited edition fine art prints, and apparel such as t-shirts, hoodies and accessories. Please follow the policy below that matches your item.
2. Fine Art Prints: Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may cancel a print order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in line with European consumer law. Let us know within this period if you wish to return your print.
3. Fine Art Prints: Conditions & Refund
Prints must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, and must not have been exposed to moisture or direct sunlight after receipt. Contact us within 14 days with your order number. Once we receive and check the print, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days via your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item was defective.
4. Apparel & Accessories
Our t-shirts, hoodies and accessories are printed on demand just for you, so they are generally non-returnable. That said, if something isn't right, please reach out and we'll take care of you.
5. Apparel: Refund Eligibility
π Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund. π Your request is made within 30 days of purchase. π The item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at customerservice@insanecreators.com with your order number and, where possible, a photo. We'll guide you through the next steps for your prints or apparel.
7. Damaged Items & Policy Changes
Did your order arrive damaged or defective? Send us a couple of photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. This policy may change at any time and without notice.
