1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This is in accordance with European consumer rights legislation.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. The print must not have been exposed to moisture, direct sunlight or other harmful conditions after receipt.

3. How to Return

Contact us at info@insanecreators.com within 14 days of receipt. We will send you instructions for the return process. Always include your order number in your request.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We recommend sending the return shipment insured, as we are not liable for damage or loss during return shipping.

5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive your refund within 14 days via the original payment method. The full purchase amount will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs.

6. Damaged Products

Did you receive a damaged product? Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement.

7. Exceptions

Custom or modified products (such as special sizes on request) cannot be returned unless there is a production defect. In case of production defects, we always offer a free replacement.
